What a phenomenally challenging word from our Pocket Rocket Youth Pastor Kirsty Minturn on the weekend - Visually aligned with the Heart of God ❤
So many times we can be consumed by the daily happenings of life that our alignment can get a little bit skewed and before long we can be on a completely different path to the 'perfect' one God set out.
Kirsty shared from Habakkuk 2:4 (The Message) “Look at that man, bloated by self-importance, full of himself but soul-empty.
But the person in right standing before God through loyal and steady believing is fully alive, really alive."
Have at times our lives become so "full" of God that we have actually lost sight of who Jesus is?!? BAM - challenging point right there!!
I know in my life there have definitely been times and seasons where I have lost sight or my vision has been 'impaired' It's during these times that we can't move forward until we take the time out to spend time in the presence of God to realign. If our vision isn't aligned then our vision isn't alive!! We need to remember that it is never God who walks from us and He will never force himself on us.
I encourage you over this next week to take some time out, spend some time in Gods presence, search your heart and soul and make sure it is aligned with the heart of God for you and if not spend time to realign!! Let's not be women who are soul empty but women who are consistent, loyal, faithful and fully alive and aligned. Remember that absolutely nothing can come between the love that God has got for you. His vision of who we are to him never changes - He is faithful, loyal and fully trustworthy.
Ps. Happy International Women's Day - Go the Gals ❤
